The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). This privacy notice informs you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

2. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, phone number where applicable, location/postcode, message) is stored in order to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) for product- or business-related enquiries, and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) for other enquiries.
Recipients in the case of the contact form: When you submit a dealer enquiry through the form on the contact page, we forward your enquiry data to our distribution partners (“dealers”) in your region who can advise you. Recipient categories include contractual partners and distribution partners in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and other countries depending on the location you indicate. If a responsible dealer is based outside the EU/EEA, the transfer to that third country is carried out on the basis of Art. 49 (1) (b) GDPR (necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken in your interest).
Legal basis for forwarding to dealers: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This forwarding takes place exclusively on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form.
Retention period: Enquiry data is stored for up to three years after the last contact and then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

3. Server logs
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically stores the following information:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page accessed (URL)
- browser type and version
- operating system used
This data is collected for technical reasons in order to ensure the proper operation of the website, and serves troubleshooting and the security of IT systems. No personal evaluation takes place.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website and in IT security).
Retention period: Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for 30 days by default and then automatically deleted.

In the course of hosting and delivery of the website (content delivery, technical logs), Netlify processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. A corresponding data processing agreement is in place with Netlify.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, performant and secure operation of the website).
Third-country transfer: Since Netlify is a US-based company, hosting may involve transfers of personal data to the United States. Such transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR and on the basis of Netlify’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). 5. Cookies
Our website does not set any cookies of its own. We use only technically necessary browser storage mechanisms (e.g. localStorage to remember your language choice, sessionStorage for image-gallery UI state and a login state on the B2B page). These storage mechanisms are required for the operation of the respective feature and are not used for tracking or marketing purposes.
