The Oak Factory

Coloring and grading

Various natural treatments allow the tannins of oak to take on a tone reminiscent of washed-out stone without losing the authenticity of wood. The variety of silver shades radiate from the gray surface without the use of color pigments, which are commonly used to create gray tones.

Vinovo is available in our different designs: Relief 3D, Astig, Classic and Elegant.

The multi-layer construction with sawn counter-support guarantees optimal stability. Our floors are specially designed for underfloor heating. The middle layer has no insulating air pockets, so a night setback also works optimally and you heat the floor surface without much loss and thus your rooms energy efficient. The planks can be laid without edge joints or disturbing transition strips. Thus, you can lay several rooms continuously without having to worry about disturbing relief joints. The connection is made with traditional tongue and groove system to avoid the unpleasant creaking noises of click connections. On the long side, the edges are slightly chamfered. For aesthetic reasons, we do not use a chamfer on the face side, because the face chamfer visually shortens the planks, an extremely undesirable effect.

Vinovo consists of two layers of the highest quality, traditionally produced water-based varnish. We do not use UV curing at all, which would significantly reduce production costs, but also entails major compromises in quality. The stain resistance of Vinovo is extremely good. Even coffee, cola, wine or kernel oil cannot harm Vinovo. However, we recommend removing liquids as quickly as possible.

Maintenance consists primarily of vacuuming and mopping. Make sure that you use vacuum cleaner attachments that are suitable for parquet. You can find our cleaning and care instructions → here.
